Breakfast:
fruit salad
Lunch:
salad (romaine, sprouts, avocado, olive oil, sea salt)
falafel
Snack:
fruit kabobs (apple, pineapple, cantaloupe, grape, orange)
veggies (carrots, tomatoes)
Dinner:
salad (romaine, broccoli, cauliflower, cheese, olive oil, sea salt)
Snack:
I indulged in a small glass of red wine (wine is not cooked)
and nothing goes better with wine than cheese :)
