Day 6

Breakfast:
fruit salad (apple, pear, grapes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)

Lunch:
small salad (romaine, avocado, tomatoes, olive oil, salt)
slaw
falafel
cheese

Snack:
trail mix

Dinner:
salad (salad mix, tomatoes, zucchini, vinaigrette [not sure if it was raw but probably close])
