Day 2

Breakfast:
fast - cold brew kava tea

Snack:
carrots, cucumber slices, celery

Lunch:
salad (romaine, spinach, carrots, red cabbage, avocado)
dressing (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, agave necter)

Snack:
dried tomatoes

Dinner:
salad (spring mix, avocado, cashews, marinated mushrooms)
dressing (olive oil, sea salt)
veggies: cauliflower, broccoli, radishes
