Broccoli Salad

The original recipe came from but I modified it a little bit.

Broccoli Salad

5 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup walnuts (or nuts/seeds of choice)
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup raisins

1 cup cashews
3 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or more to taste)
1/3 cup water

Blend the dressing ingredients until smooth. Then pour over the broccoli, onion, nuts/seeds and raisins. Mix well.

I top mine with Eggplant "Bacon".
